I would appreciate any help identifying my questions from my post:
-what’s the chrysalis type bug near the dragonfly & does it have anything to do with it?
-confirm that liquid coming out of tail is abdominal fluid (all I could find as explanation online)

I took videos of the dragonfly emerging as well. And actually tons more pictures.
It was very exciting to see the dragonfly emerge & change over the course of many hours. What a privilege!
