My interests are in understanding how mammals (especially small mammals) manipulate their environment to affect landscape level changes. I am originally from southern California and received my B. S. in Wildlife Conservation and Management in northern California. My work experience is in small mammal ecology, which I gained through positions with the California Department of Fish & Wildlife, US Forest Service, UC Davis, and UC Berkeley. Currently, I am a grad student at University of Texas, El Paso. I have traveled extensively throughout the United States and look forward to recording my observations on iNaturalist.
