I study turtles (and am a big fan of reptiles generally). I am currently working on a PhD at the University of Arkansas studying the Western Chicken Turtle. I have worked with most of the turtle species present in the central United States and have done herpetological field work in Oklahoma, Kansas, Mississippi, and Belize.
