Hey there! My name is Gus, I'm an undergraduate student in Maine focusing on ecology and biology. I've been a plant lover since birth, and have spent a lot of time learning about the environment around me. Enamored with the beauty of life.

Some of my current special interests are plant phylogeny and speciation, epiphytes, macroalgae, lichens, and invertebrates.

Most of my naturalist experience is from exploring the Connecticut river valley in the foothills of Western Massachusetts. Exploring Downeast Maine is my next venture.
