Hi! I'm Hallie (she/her) and I am currently a Master's student in the Coastal Science & Policy program at UC Santa Cruz. I grew up exploring the intertidal zone in Santa Cruz, CA and Vancouver Island, Canada, which is probably what led to me focusing my master's work on native shellfish (aquaculture & restoration). I am a nudibranch nerd and have recently been tidepooling more and more to find them. I also love seaweed, and learning pretty much anything new about intertidal and subtidal ecosystems!
