I am geneticist with the University of Wisconsin-Madison and my research is on feral hemp genetics and genomics. I am working with the USDA to rebuild the hemp germplasm repository in the United States. My work includes collection feral materials from all regions across the US were hemp where hemp were previously grown, for characterization, chemotyping, genetic analysis targeted towards germplasm conservation. I need volunteers for collection of feral hemp for the year 2023. Reach out if interested!!!
