I unknowingly became a Naturalist at the start of the pandemic, and I've been a changed person ever since. As a result of my new-found passion, I've become a certified California Naturalist (twice!) and am currently taking related classes at CCSF. I'm even working on a book, part-field guide and part-nature journal, that will focus on flora and fauna found in Golden Gate Park.

I primarily spend my Naturing time in Golden Gate Park and other SF city parks, but I venture out to other spots in the Bay Area and beyond when I can.
