I am a naturalist, ecologist, and environmental scientist in southern NY. My senior research at SUNY Purchase was looking at insect abundance and biodiversity in association with native and non-native plants.

I love all of nature. From the smallest insect to the largest whale, and any and every ecosystem. There is beauty and wisdom in it all.

I also enjoy photography, kayaking, cooking, reading, and taking walks : )
