Plant taxonomy, plant photography, CalPhotos contributor. Jepson workshop "graduate".

My interest in plants began back in 1987 when I asked that big question "what is this"? That snowballed into involvement with the California Native Plant Society and taxonomy workshops with UC Berkeley Jepson Herbarium.
I began contibuting images to CalPhotos in the early 2000's which now number over 25,000.
I have explored a lot on my own, pouring over the Jepson Manual and Intermountain Flora for guidance.
I am an expert in almost nothing, but can ID a fair number of taxa from eastern California, maybe even correctly at times.
I welcome any ID corrections and comments.
I hope that my own images have enough diagnostic details to make IDs easier.
