I have been interested in the natural world as long as I can remember. I have been hiking in the White Mountains since I was 3 and continue to go as often as possible. Being retired makes it easier. I live in the woods and spend my time hiking, skating and cross country skiing from my house. I am out in the woods every day and take note of all the flora and fauna I encounter.
