I am an avid birder, which drives much of my exploring. However, I've been interested in mammals, butterflies, herps and fishing as well. I do a number of bird surveys as well as butterfly monitoring, and have a general interest in all forms of nature. This site has spurred my interest in "rediscovering" a lot of my previous discoveries through old photos.
