Lancashire Invasive Non-native Species

The Lancashire Invasive Non-native Species (LKS INNS) project is a subset of 'Lancashire Key Species.'.

LKS INNS refers to species which are present within Lancashire but do not form part of the naturally occurring flora or fauna, and may actually have a negative impact upon it.

A number of iNaturalist guides have been prepared for LKS INNS. Go to: 'More' > 'Guides' and search for 'Lancashire Key Species' or go to: https://www.inaturalist.org/guides/10872.

Information on Lancashire Key Species (as well as the old Lancashire BAP list and criteria) is available on the LERN file share site at: https://ftps.lancashire.gov.uk/. Log in using the User name: 'LERNPublic' and the Password: 'mjf7t8qg'
