I'm a botanist / lichenologist / data analyst based out of eastern Ontario. Currently a freelance ecologist working on natural area inventories, monitoring, conservation assessments, etc. I'm also a Research Associate at CAN, where I'm studying plant & lichen diversity in Canada.

I've worked at several herbaria and conservation NGOs in Ontario and Atlantic Canada, including the Atlantic Canada Conservation Data Centre and Wildlife Conservation Society Canada. In my extensive field work I've documented thousands of locations for SAR and other rare species and discovered dozens of new provincial records and even some taxa new to science.
