For those curious, Doodlepede is a portmanteau of doodle and centipede

Having had an interest in biology and animals in general for my entire life, discovering iNaturalist has been a joy all the way, providing an avenue to become more interested in my immediate area. I think it's important to remember that even the concrete jungle is an ecosystem with inherent value because things live there. Nature is everywhere, it doesn't stop at the city limits.
