Hi Everyone.

Now that we have quite a few people on the project I though I would write short post with a few instructions. A general overview of the project can be found under about. There will be a couple of different ways we collect data as part of this project. We will organise BioBlitzs in the state forests and members can do their own thing and head into a state forest to collect observations. Watch this space for the first organised bioblitz.

• You can upload observations directly from your phone through the app.
• Or if you have a good camera or lack a phone that you can down load the app on you can take phones, record location and upload observations via your account on the INaturalist website. But don't forget to do it.
• Upload observations in your account, if they are within state forest boundaries they will be picked up automatically within this project.
• I have mapped out all SEQ state forest boundaries within this project so it will pick up observations by members within those boundaries.
• You will not show up as an observer within the project until you have uploaded observations.
• If you are heading into a state forest don't go alone, take a phone and first aid kit, let someone know you out in the bush.
